Shipping Policy

Keplersoft is primarily a digital agency providing services such as custom software development, mobile app development, and digital marketing. We do not typically ship or deliver physical goods to our clients.

1. Digital Delivery Methodology

All "deliveries" and "shipments" refer to the electronic transfer of files, codebase access, digital designs, account credentials, and final product deployment. Projects, milestones, or assets are submitted electronically through secure mediums like GitHub, Bitbucket, Email, or dedicated staging servers.

2. Digital Delivery Timelines

  • The timeline for the delivery of our digital services is strictly governed by the Scope of Work (SOW) or specific project agreement established before work commences.
  • We strive to adhere to our agreed-upon schedules; however, these times can be subject to delays based on feedback, scope changes, or required revisions.

3. Delivery Confirmation for Digital Services

Upon transferring files or issuing credentials to the completed software applications or services, we will send an email or formal notice to signify completion or milestone achieved. Keplersoft is not responsible for lost files or access details after confirmed delivery if the loss is due to the client's negligence.

4. Any Exceptions

If we are specifically contracted to supply and ship physical hardware components as part of an overarching IT solution, shipping times and costs will be delineated in a separate agreement, and a trusted courier service will be used. Tracking information will be supplied.
