  • If there is a significant breach of contract on our part that prevents the delivery of the agreed services.
  • Cancellation before any work has commenced or resources have been allocated.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Work completed: We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed and delivered.
  • Change of mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after the project has started.
  • Delays caused by the client: If a project is delayed due to failure to provide necessary information or feedback, a refund will not be granted.
