Return Policy

As a provider of digital services, custom software, and digital marketing, Keplersoft generally does not offer physical products. Therefore, a standard "returns" process does not apply. However, if any physical deliverables or specifically contracted items are involved, this policy outlines the terms under which returns may be handled.

1. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and custom development services, we cannot accept returns once the services have been rendered, code has been delivered, or access has been granted. Issues or revisions should be addressed during the designated feedback periods outlined in your project agreement.

2. Physical Deliverables

  • If your contract specifically included physical deliverables (such as hardware, documentation binders, or promotional materials) and they arrive damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Approved returns of physical items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

3. Return Process

To request a return for any applicable item, please contact our support team to receive authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Defective or Incorrect Deliverables

If we have delivered something that does not match the specifications defined in your Scope of Work, we will work with you to correct the issue or provide a replacement as necessary, rather than processing a standard "return."
